About Black Bay
Tudor Black Bay is the name of the concept in which Tudor revived a series of Ionic watch designs from the second half of the nineteenth century. Tudor distinguished itself noticeably through the models with so-called "snowflake" hands, the wider surface of which allowed for more luminous mass, resulting in greater legibility for professional divers.
Tudor Black Bay can be divided into three different groups, where the first is the reintroduction of classic diving models with rotating rings, snowflake hands and the significant "Big Crown" crowns, for easier time adjustment when diving. Then there is a group of classic models that have been supplemented with modern complications and finally there are the models that are more or less straightforwardly reintroduced classics in their original form.
