We ship your order with DHL Express, and the delivery time is 1-2 working days. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a notification via email or SMS, giving you the option to change the delivery method and date. The order is personal, and you will need to present a valid ID to collect or receive your package.
In case you wish to return something, please register your return online and request a free return label via email, so we can send it to you.
The shipping cost is £20 for orders under £300. Returns are always free of charge.
