Puma, founded in 1948 by Rudolf Dassler in Herzogenaurach, Germany through an interest for shoe making and sport. The breakthrough for Puma came in 1950 when the football boot ATOM 1950 launched. Since then, Puma has been one of the world's leading sports brands, achieving success through the achievements and world records of athletes in everything from football, tennis and basketball.
