Headlamp from Black Diamond. The Spot 400-R is a flexible and easy-to-use headlamp that works for all kinds of activities in nature, from climbing to walking and running in the dark. The headlamp is rechargeable, has high water resistance and is easy to maneuver between brightness and night vision.

• Comfortable elastic headband around the head.
• Lock button which protects against accidental use when the lamp is stored in the pocket or backpack.
• PowerTap™ function on the side of the lamp for difficult parts during the run. Enables instant adjustment between maximum power and dimmed power of the brightness.
• Oval button on top for on/off function. Press and hold the button to dim the light to the level required for the run or climb.
• Round button on the top that allows three levels of light adjustment.
