Morris was founded in 2004 by Jan Alsén. The name Morris derives from the classic Morris menswear store, which in its heyday between the 1950s and 1970s was located in the Sagerska Palace on Hamngatan in Stockholm.
With its historical connection to classic menswear and British heritage, Morris combines European elegance with British preppy style. The combination of traditional menswear and curiosity has made Morris what it is today, a brand with a high sense of style and a clear identity. The brand stands behind Swedish values but finds inspiration from all corners of the world such as Paris, New York and St Tropez.
