Lanvin's own specialists will replace the entire rubber outsole with a new one in a colour that matches your shoes (i.e black or white). This also includes a new leather insole if needed, an often missed detail that goes a long way to making your shoes feel really refreshed.
Care of Carl does not currently offer the option to drop off your shoes directly with us but refers to the process above.
