In Guy Ritchie's series "The Gentlemen" from 2024, we follow Eddie Horniman (Theo James) in an irresistible action drama that plunges us into Britain's brittle underworld. We go through the style details that permeate throughout the series.

The series also takes a deep dive into British cultural heritage through the clothing choices. There we can see classic styles and timeless garments. Through elegant suits, tweed blazers and top hats, the range conveys an air of sophisticated elegance with a strong sense of British heritage.
It's no surprise that The Gentlemen has quickly topped Netflix charts worldwide. With its mix of suspense, humour and stylistically well-thought-out visual details, the series has become a favourite among viewers, where not least the clothing style can inspire. Below we advise on the style details.
Eddie Horniman (Theo James)
Eddie Horniman's clothing style is imbued with a classic British sophistication, with a dash of country charm. The three-piece suit with a waistcoat, tweed blazer and houndstooth pattern is part of his daily attire. However, he also chooses a more relaxed style with elegant simplicity, through an Oxford shirt or a knitted pullover, combined with a houndstooth coat.

The waxed jacket is an indispensable part of the rural British heritage and carries with it an aristocratic feel that also permeates the clothing style of the Horniman family. This is further reinforced through the choice of costume in the series: namely the British brand Barbour, which has long enjoyed a royal court supplier status. Vinnie Jones and the flat cap
When discussing Britain’s clothing heritage, it’s impossible to miss the flat cap. In The Gentlemen, we see the character Geoff wearing just such a cap, in true British tradition. Orange detailing
Orange seems to be the leading colour in The Gentlemen, at least judging by the advertisement photo also gracing this article. There we see the eccentric character Freddy (Daniel Ings) wearing an orange rooster suit, also with a gun barrel. Next to him is Tommy Dixon (Peter Serafinowicz), with a plush orange bag, signed Sergio Tacchini. Be inspired by the bright, yet vibrant and encouraging orange colour below.

Tack för dina skarpsynta ögon att det inte är Corbridge på bilden! Corbridge florerar i serien - dock inte på bilden inlägget. Jag justerar detta omedelbart :) Faktum är att det inte är Findon vi ser på bilden heller, det är Barbours klassiska modell Bedale (jag dubbelkollade med Barbour själva för att vara på den säkra sidan).
Det ser man på andra bilder från samma scen som tydligare visar knappslån och fickorna på jackan.
