Do you deliver to all parts of the United Kingdom?

Care of Carl currently provides delivery services to the United Kingdom; however, please be advised that our shipping is limited to mainland UK only. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to smaller islands and territories associated with the British Crown, such as the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, and British Overseas Territories.

Shipping and Delivery Time

We ship your order with DHL Express, and the delivery time is 1-2 working days. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a notification via email or SMS, giving you the option to change the delivery method and date. The order is personal, and you will need to present a valid ID to collect or receive your package.

In case you wish to return something, please register your return online and request a free return label via email, so we can send it to you.

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost is £20  for orders under £300. Returns are always free of charge.

Customs

You only pay what is shown at checkout, and no additional costs will apply. Any fees related to customs or similar are always covered by Care of Carl.
